Our commitment to your roof is backed by a 12 year-workmanship warranty. We are married to your roof for the next 12 years! Our team of professional installers will guarantee a clean, top of the line installment of your new roofing system.
We respect your roof as if it were our very own making sure everything is watertight and sealed. Our installers have over 15 years of experience installing, replacing and even repairing roofs.

This warranty offers protection for labor and materials. It's essential we have a warranty that offers peace of mind knowing that we stand by our work, guaranteeing longevity in your new roofing system.
What we cover in our warranty
covers the work & materialsperformed by the contractor, including any installation errors,
contactor will determine whether damage was due to workmanship or storm damage.
storm damage is not applicable to warranty coverage.
What if I assume labor was done wrong?

WeatherLock® G Granulated Self-Sealing Ice & Water Barrier allows for proper flow of water off the roof and helps prevent damage caused by water migration. Engineered for asphalt shingles, wood shakes and quarry slate roofs, WeatherLock® G Granulated also features:
- Added protection – Acts as a waterproof barrier in the most vulnerable sections of the roof, such as valleys and around roof penetrations, to create a second line of defense. For optimal protection, apply to entire roof deck on 2:12 to 4:12 pitch roofs*
- Excellent tear resistance – Resists cracking and breaking during installation
- Self-adhesive – Adheres to the roof deck and creates a watertight seal around nails to help prevent water migration. Split backer sheet for easy application and positioning on the roof deck

- For use with any shingle that has an exposure up to 6 inches
